Canceling An Antivirus Program

It seems cut and dry, you cancel 
your subscription and they send
you an email saying that youve
successfully unsubscribed and 
your credit card will not be charged.

So thats the end right?

A month later in my case the Co.
starts sending you payment declined
email then you contact their customer
support only to have someone who 
doesnt know what "I DO NOT WANT THIS"
actually means then they say that 
they have the right to charge your
card anyway even after that statement.

So you go down to the Bank and
they capture your card and shred it
then print you a new card with all
new numbers.
Problem solved....well for the most
part I guess .

Then you notice something,
theres an order number on your
unsusbscribed email.

You give the Co. a call and say you
have an order number and explain
whats going on,so because of the
order number "he" looks it up
and the issue is auto renew is
still on so "he" turns it off and 
the whole thing is over with.

Plus you get a new "printed" card.
